BMW i3 Stripped in Paris
The BMW i3 stripped down to the bare frame at the Paris Autoshow 2012. The BMW i3 shows off it's new Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic Passenger Cell along with it's electric drivetrain and suspension components was also on display. This new weight saving technology will be a first for a volume produced vehicle and will be a key component of future mainstream BMW models. Have a look at the gallery after the jump.

BMW Concept Active Tourer Officially Unveiled (HD Gallery)
The covers is off on the BMW Concept Active Tourer, have a look at our gallery and press release after the jump. In concept form this Front Wheel Drive hybrid electric (eDrive) BMW City Car is another step BMW is taking towards a premium sustainable mode of transportation. The Concept Active Tourer will debut at the Paris Autoshow in 2 weeks.
BMW 1 Series GT (Compactive Tourer Concept)
AutoBild Magazine recently leaked an image of the not yet released BMW 1 Series GT also known as the Compactive Tourer Concept. The 1 Series GT will be the first Front Wheel Drive BMW with a lineup of FWD 3 Cylinder BMW models to follow. The BMW 1 Series GT has not yet been confirmed for North America, the size should be similar to the MINI Countryman. Press Release: MINI Countryman John Cooper Works
Earlier this year MINI Markham offered a MINI Countryman JCW bodykit for your MINI Countryman S but soon coming in 2013 we could have the actual MINI Countryman John Cooper Works Edition here in Canada. Availability in Canada unconfirmed at this time, however a white MINI Countryman JCW has been spotted testing in Ontario in August 2012 so there is a good chance we will get this car here in Canada.
