The E24 BMW M6 was made between 1983 till 1989 and was powered by a 282 HP 3.5Liter Straight 6 offered only as a 2 Door Coupe with a 5 Speed Manual transmission. Today many luxury marques including BMW creates 4 door version of Coupes which was almost unimaginable in the eighties. The Frozen Bronze Gran Coupe showroom model we ordered isn't due to arrive until mid of September but today we had a small teaser of what's in store, emotionally this car strikes me as the byword of elegance and sportiness all at the same time. BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe with M-Sport Package

The 2013 BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe with M-Sport Package was spotted in Munich by Balazs Hornok. This particular vehicle looks to be a Melbourne Red / Imola Red 640i (Note the dual round exhaust on either side of the car, the Canadian version will be the 650i with squared tail pipes and most importantly we should be get the V8 version by default) Gran Coupe sporting relatively small winter wheels. In this video you will see 2 different Gran Coupes, the BMW 640i Gran Coupe and a BMW 650i Gran Coupe M-Sport all undergoing Performance Testing at the Nurburgring. The BMW Gran Coupe allows for more space and 2 extra doors the the new BMW 6-Series. Unofficially the BMW Gran Coupe will début nearer 4th quarter of 2012 and to be sold as a 2013 model. As expected power plant units offered will be similar to what's offered in the Coupe and Cabriolet.
